Hyper automation is a term coined by Gartner and introduced as the hype of 2020. It accumulates up to a combination of advanced software and solutions, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to increase the level of automation.
Buzzword?
Typically Hyper automation will leverage a range of tools, including technologies like RPA, BPM and Intelligent Automation, all driven by data at its core.
Although Hyper Automation in itself we believe is very much a buzzword, there is something to its concept. Leveraging the data you already have, exploring new data and combining different types of technology to create a better customer experience and helping your employees focusing on the customer instead of on their IT systems. Gartner predicts that the combination of these technologies will reduce operational cost by 30% by 2024.
